Great customer service. Stamp was easily to update to include date on second line. Hoping it will last a good 10 years. Priced right.

Very easy to use. A little difficult to set up, directions are not clear but when I called customer service they led me through the set up with no problem.

shipping was very fast. Customer service was also very good. When I got the time stamp, I plugged it on the wall and it was ready to go. I did not have to change the time on it at all.

The only down side is the personalization part can be confusing. The manual did not come with instructions to personalize. But with patience it can easily be done.
