What types of biometric options are available?
Allied Time offers both facial recognition and palm recognition as biometric options in Cloud Biometry CB4000 and CB8500 models. Fingerprint biometric is available on 4000 models and is recommend ONLY for office workers with light duty workloads. These features are available at assorted kiosks, and our proprietary mobile app also includes the ability to use biometric verification for time tracking by taking a “selfie” when clocking in or out.
What types of NON biometric options are available?
Badge (RFID) and PIN code options are also available on kiosks and PIN is used for desktop clocking. Mobile APPs use PIN code with “selfie required” setting option.
How secure is my data with Cloud Biometry?
Your data with CloudBiometry is highly secure as we use top tier Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting. Additionally, we implement PGP encryption to protect your information both at rest and during transmission. All biometric impressions are encoded on the hardware and cannot ever be reverse engineered or hacked.

Yes, both IOS and Android CloudBiometry mobile apps can be used on phones and tablets. These devices can used on cellular data or WIFI. APPs include GPS enabled GEO-FENCE setting to make sure employees are at appropriate locations as well as on time.
