Rating and review of our AT-4500 Time Clock

I rated it as a 4 as we have only had it for a few weeks, and it has worked as advertised. We have noticed that the day printout does not display the date of the clock-in. This is a possible problem for our part-time employees for record documentation purposes. It also adds the over-time hours for the 2-week period, where it would be advantageous to have it done weekly.

I have had my AT-4500 time clock for four years and no problems. I just called customer service because I got a little crossed up changing the ribbon cartridge, and they answered immediately. The guy was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure it out in less than a minute. I'm not used to this kind of customer service these days, with anything.
