Great time clock. Easy to use

I am amazed and please by the customer support provided to me today regarding the AT-3500. I admit the book was a bit overwhelming and I wasn't sure where to start. I regret that I can not remember the name of the person who assisted me, but she answered [****] at ~11:30 EDT. She walked me through the process of setting up the device exactly as I needed. She did that in a way that I was able to repeat the process later on without her guidance. I greatly appreciate her help and wanted to make sure to recognize her as a huge asset to your company. after placing my order online, i received a call from customer service to ask a few questions so that they could program the unit prior to shipping. it arrived soon after and wasplaced into service right out of the box. it's simple, intuitive, well built and even looks great!
