Compumatic XLS-21 Proximity/Pin System

We are a medium company with a bunch of busy employees with an unfortunate history of employee turnover. My management doesn't have time to dig deep to get new technology figured out. However, everything from ordering our clocks to entering employees and connecting the clocks was easy to figure out. We found out we had to further upgrade to 100 employees, and we received credit for the 50 employee upgrade we already purchased. Even though tech support is working remotely through the Pandemic, they answer emails within the hour and will call you back that day. Overall a painless and wonderful experience.

It was so refreshing to call a company, have someone answer the phone and be able to answer my questions. We've only been using the Compumatic XLS-21 for a week or so, but so far, it's awesome!

I fine that adding in missed punches is a pain! Still not a big fan of this time clock. We changed from a different time of time clock (and brand). I can not do a lot of thing from the computer - I have to get up and go to the time clock to change thing -- day light savings time, enter new employee. Just not as user friendly as the last one.
