I ordered a twin pack of ribbon, the first one was a little dried out and printed even lighter than the one I was replacing. I called their customer service number, the lady that I spoke with asked me to try the second ribbon which worked great. She then told me she would send me a replacement for the one that didn't work. Within a few days I had my replacement ribbon. Great customer service.
