RTC1000 2.5 Web Time Clock - No Monthly Fees August 28, 2018 Reviewer: Mark Vogt from Miltona, MN United States   We received the first timeclock with a crack in the screen so they sent a replacement timeclock and we shipped the other timeclock back with no hassle. We were having difficulties hooking up the child clock and the parent clock and they walked me thru the processes, troubleshooting the problems for over an hour. They were very polite and courteous at all times. I appreciate all of their efforts in getting us up and running. Thank you for hiring employees with patients! Is ok....but April 21, 2015 Reviewer: Michele Muchowski from Neenah, WI United States   It didn't do exactly what I needed it to do.  I was mistakenly told I could see the employees hours by the day, week and month from the clock itself, but can only do the day and week.  With no computer access at the farm, it is harder to use this program (even with the USB cable).  I had to take it to a house in the city that had online access just to set up the clock and make the software on the computer work.  I am still going to have to do this weekly to keep track of hours for the month as we pay on a monthly schedule. Overall use October 29, 2014 Reviewer: Lauren from Englewood, CO United States   We have been using Time Clock for many years now and just added a child clock at our new location. The device never lets us down and is always up to speed. I would recommend this product to any small business for their punch in/out system over any other system I've worked with. 4 time clocks for facilities April 23, 2014 Reviewer: David Seiter from Prides Crossing, , MA United States   These clocks work very well with our set up across 2 towns and campuses.  They are simple enough for our crew to use and for our Administration to adjust.  The only draw back is that our crew members are not able to mark their time away from work for Vacation, Sick or Personal time. RTC Time Clock September 9, 2013 Reviewer: Stacy Behlmer from Menomonie, WI United States   I recently updated our RTC 1000 v2.0 to 100 employees as I am happy to say our company has grown that much.  The process couldn't have been easier nor the service more friendly.  I received my upgrade code in an email and had the additional employees in place in less than 24 hrs.  We love this time clock solution!
