Facial Recognition Time Clocks
Face recognition time clock system uses a camera to capture an image or video stream of a face, and automatically detects person's identity by performing a series of geometric facial features measurement techniques on the face image, usually called portrait recognition or face recognition, then comparing that image to the templates stored on the clock.
Safety and Privacy: the face images acquired by a time clock device are pre-processed and binarized, and are recorded in the form of digital feature points information. This information is stored on the device in a string of binary digits. As these binary digit strings cannot be restored to a facial image, concerns that this information can be leaked or shared or read are next to minimal.
