EQUIPMENT WARRANTY:Allied Time USA, Inc. offers the original purchaser of electronic equipment the same warranty that is provided by the equipment manufacturer. Electronic basic systems are warrantied for One (1) Year on Parts and Labor.If adjustments or repair are required, purchaser must contact our customer service department detailing the request with information including model, serial number, and a copy of original purchase. Equipment is to be shipped prepaid to our Depot Service facility according to provided instructions. Once we receive the equipment, it will be inspected, repaired as needed, tested, and returned via standard ground shipping to the purchaser. Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the equipment's performance. No warranty is given to normal wear items such as batteries, ribbons, cards, dot matrix printer pins and other normal wear items as determined by service facility. No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages caused by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or radio waves. Surge protectors are readily available to enhance and protect equipment performance following initial installation. Our goal is to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will give a top priority service to all warranty requests. The foregoing obligations are in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities including negligence and all warranties, of merchantability or otherwise, expressed or implied in fact or by law, and state our entire and exclusive liability and buyer's exclusive remedy for any claim of damages in connection with the sale or furnishings of goods or parts, their design, suitability for use, installation or operation, we will in no event be liable for any special or consequential damages whatsoever, and our liability under no circumstances will exceed the contract price for the goods for which liability is claimed.
Optional: THREE (3) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTYAll customers have the opportunity to extend the "Original Equipment" warranty as detailed in our original EQUIPMENT WARRANTY.The One (1) Year warranty may be extended to a FULL THREE (3) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY if requested at time of purchase of your equipment. RETURN POLICY:Our goal is to offer our customers the best commercial grade equipment available, at the prices that make our products the Best Value found anywhere! Our professional staff is available to review your requirements before you order.In the event that your needs change, or you did not understand the features of equipment that was purchased, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements. Prior to returning any purchased item, you are requested to contact our Service Center with details of your request. All returned items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for refund, less 15% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping. All items must be complete and returned in resale condition, and in original packaging. Refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with original contents and original shipping containers. Return Authorization: Any equipment received without our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number indicated on the shipping label will not be accepted.
