Icon TimeVue Software works great for businesses with less than 250 employees. Software offers single-PC or optional multi-PC installation and can communicate with multiple data collection devices. Choose TimeVue Lite Version for simple Time & Attendance tracking needs, or upgrade to TimeVue Full for more advanced options (such as accruals tracking, sending employee messages to the clock, and enhanced reporting options). TimeVue accommodates departments' transfer at the clock and will interface with QuickBooks, ADP, or Paychex. Recent offering in Icon's Product Line is RTC-1000 Proximity Web Clock: in addition to standard Ethernet communication, this unit can also be be accessed via WEB through external static IP address and does not require any software installation on your PC.

Acroprint's TimeQPlus Software is attractively priced and is easy to set up and use. The basic stand-alone software will accommodate up to 50 employees clocking in and out at a single designated PC. Add a network upgrade to enable employees to clock in and out from any networked PC (including the PCs on their own desks, if you so choose) — or to allow the addition of any combination of Proximity badge or Biometric finger-scan terminals. When you need more capacity, the software can be expanded to handle up to a total of 250 employees. TimeQPlus can acommodate up to 12 shifts, each with its own designated start and stop times and lunch rules. Payroll exports include ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, and PeachTree (V7).
